New Highlighted Features and Enhancements

  • NEW - Rebuilt Work Order Estimates Process

    • Easily send estimates requests to multiple vendor at the same time

    • Vendor are notified that an estimate request has been sent

    • Vendors have the option to submit their estimates via the vendor portal

    • Property Managers now have the option to directly approve estimates or seek approval from the owners. If the owner’s approval is necessary, a notification will be sent to them, allowing the owner to either approve or reject the estimate through their owner portal.


  • NEW - Introducing the Power of AI in Rentvine

    • We are thrilled to introduce a feature that changes the way you create listing descriptions in Rentvine. Say hello to our brand new AI-powered listing description generator, designed to make your property listings stand out.


  • NEW - Property Allocation of a Bill

    • With this new feature, you can effortlessly divide a substantial bill amount into several line items, allocating them to different properties based on Portfolio(s) or Property Group(s). You have the flexibility to select how you'd like to allocate: Even Split, By Unit Count, By Occupied Unit Count, or By Square Footage. This feature is accessible when creating a bill.


  • NEW - Copies of Completed Rentsign Documents

    • Now, you have the flexibility to designate recipients who will receive an email containing the finalized Rentsign document. This feature enables you to share the completed and signed documents with individuals who are not directly involved as parties in the agreement. You can manage who gets these copies in the builder section of the Rentsign document.


  • NEW - Customizable Font Sizes in Rentsign Documents

    • Unveiling a fresh feature that grants you enhanced customization in your Rentsign Documents! When utilizing the builder, you now have the capability to determine the font size of Text Blocks, Fillable Text Boxes, and Hot Fields within the document. This added flexibility allows you to select and apply your desired text size for optimum visibility and presentation on the document.


  • NEW - Process for Verifying Landlord Information on an Application

    • Easily send an email to previous or current landlords requesting them to complete a form that confirms an applicant's past rental history. 

    • The landlord has the option to click on a link, directing them to a form where they can respond to a few questions pertaining to the details the applicant provided in their application.

    • Once the landlord submits the form, a notification is sent to the property manager so they can review

  • Pages below have been restructured for an improved mobile viewing experience. Additionally, they have been added to the 'Recently Viewed' menu, ensuring they appear if accessed recently.

Properties

  • Added tags to assignees of a reminder on the property page.  This way you can distinguish if they are a user, tenant, owner or vendor.

  • Changed order of past leases to show the latest one first

Screening and Applications

Rentsign

  • Order of tenants on Rentsign now matches the same order that the tenants are listed on the lease view details page. The Primary tenant is the first tenant listed on the Rentsign document

  • The sequence of tenants on Rentsign now aligns with the order in which tenants are displayed on the lease view details page. The Primary tenant on a lease is the first tenant on the Rentsign document.

Accounting

  • Added a hyperlink on the property/unit on the Pay Bills page.  This allows quick access to the property or unit related to the bill should you need more information on property/unit or the lease associated with the unit.

  • Added new filters to the “Post Bulk Management Fees” process

    • The new filters can be found when you are posting by Unit or Property. They allow you to refine your list further by choosing one or multiple from the following new filters.

      • Portfolio

      • Property Group

      • Occupancy

  • Added an “Exclude Payee” filter to the Pay Bills page

  • Changed effective date of the Test NACHA file to “today+1”

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where changing the lease was not changing the tenant

  • Fixed issue where Work Orders were not viewable for certain owners in their portal.  Enhanced queries to resolve.

  • Fixed an issue where error file was not showing when attempting to download a FIRE file

  • Fixed an issue where declined invoices were included in the invoice count of the work order report

  • FIxed an issue where reserve balance was not showing on ledger tab of the portfolio view if there were no transactions on the portfolio ledger

  • Fixed Property Details segmented buttons UI

  • Fixed an issue where sorting filter no longer working in record deposit screen

  • Fixed issue where formatting on work order template description field was not showing on the view page

  • Fixed issue where changing lease on tenant payment create page was not changing the tenant name

  • Fixed issue where orientation was required on scheduled report csv or excel export type

  • Fixed issue where work orders were not viewable on the owner portal

  • Resolved an issue that prevented the deletion of a scheduled report

  • Fixed an issue where work order id was not displayed on edit modal of bill view page

  • Fixed Select and Deselect options to only be enabled if property photos are selected
