Over the past 8 years, we have worked with property managers on their online applications & tenant screening through our sister company RentScreener.  We noticed a crucial need to combine both a secure online rental application with flexible screening options to create a full management system to handle inbound applications. 

Once Rentvine was created, we knew developing online rental applications & flexible resident screening options within the full-scale property management system would not only benefit our customers but also save countless hours of entering the same tenant information from one piece of software to the next.

Now in Rentvine, you, the property manager, can replicate your paper applications online, collect application fees, screen applicants, and convert those applicants to tenants automatically. Online rental applications are fully customizable! Easily screen tenants, issue refunds, and communicate with prospective tenants effortlessly.

• Application templates with the ability to assign them to specific properties

Maintenance

Some of you may already be using the maintenance feature. We have now enhanced the work order creation process further. We have added the following items:

• Enhanced work order create page

• "If Vacant" is enabled on a work order, it will override the lease status

• Owner approved is now added to work order PDF

• We have enhanced the "Assigned" title header to "Managed By"

• We have also enhanced the work order PDF document that is sent to a vendor via email to have the option to include the maintenance limit amount or leave it out. It's simply a toggle on or off

Home Dashboard 

We have enhanced the home dashboard to include all pending move-ins and move-outs. Maximize your time and efforts by having a snapshot view of what your upcoming month looks like.

We have enhanced the Quick Actions button to include two additional features. The featured actions include:

We’re not sure which name came first, but we’re pretty sure Dave could tell you), US Army Chinook helicopter pilot and Co-founder, President & CEO of what is now the leading website in the country for advertising long term residential rentals, it stands to reason why Dave has a place at the PMW kitchen ...

And, well, because he keeps us laughing.

As our resident funny-man (possibly self-proclaimed), his booming voice can be heard spreading the PMW gospel to anyone who’ll listen. And, frankly, even those who have no interest in property management. (Don’t they teach “Inside Voice” at America’s oldest military academy?)

But his high-decibel, funny ways become awfully serious when it comes to staying one step ahead for the good of our customers; because Dave has been there. As a second-generation property manager from Colorado Springs, CO, he knows the struggles that property managers go through and painstakingly dissects every step of their process to come up with ways to ease their burden.

As former CEO & President of RentClicks (which went on to become Rentals.com), he strategically positioned their business to become NARPM’s first official partner and was awarded NARPM’s National Affiliate of the Year three times.

When he’s not devouring industry information at our kitchen table, you might find him bellying up to a plate of wings while watching his beloved (understatement) Broncos, flipping channels in search of a historical documentary, searching out a tennis match or preaching the ways of the world to his pre-teen sons, Andrew and Brady.
