The chat feature allows direct communication with the tenant’s property manager. Tenant’s can search for messages, view previous chats, send new messages, and upload files. This chat function is exclusive to the portal, and all replies are made within this tab. Tenant’s and property managers receive email or text notifications for new chat messages.
