Displays the amount held for the security deposit and indicates whether there is an outstanding balance for the security deposit. Additionally, it provides current lease details.

Tenants can initiate payments and have the option to pay their current balance or any amount. They can choose between methods such as eCheck or Credit/Debit card and can save a payment method and enroll in autopay for added convenience.

Tenants have the capability to upload documents within their portal to share with the Property Management Company. Property managers can reciprocally choose to share specific documents with their tenants.

The chat feature allows direct communication with the tenant’s property manager. Tenant’s can search for messages, view previous chats, send new messages, and upload files. This chat function is exclusive to the portal, and all replies are made within this tab. Tenant’s and property managers receive email or text notifications for new chat messages.
