Registration Details

You can register for the Rentvine User Conference HERE. The registration deadline is April 21st in 2025.

When you register for Rentvine User Conference you will receive:

Access to expert training course and general sessions
Breakfast & lunch at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street.
Post-conference access to online content, including slide decks and handouts

Your online registration will be confirmed with an email message at the time you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at events@rentvine.com. Your conference seat is not reserved until we receive payment for your registration.

If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, we are happy to make the substitution. Substitutions after 2025 are subject to a fee of $75. Please email events@rentvine.com with the name and contact details for your substitute.

No. Travel and hotel costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to events@rentvine.com and must be dated on or before 5 PM EST on April 21st, 2025, to receive a refund (less a $50 USD registration cancellation processing fee). No refunds will be granted after April 21st, 2025. No refunds for no-shows.

Hotel cancellations must be processed through the hotel.

Conference Details

Any individual reservations canceled within 5 days prior to arrival or “no shows” will forfeit one night’s room revenue. All reservations are required to be canceled with a hours notice. All cancellations must be processed through the Hotel.

Yes! Rentvine has arranged for a discounted rate for all attendees. Rooms will average $335 per night, plus taxes and fees. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Wednesday, April 30th, 2025, to secure the conference discount rate.

Hotel check-in is Tuesday, May 20th or Wednesday, May 21st at 4pm EST and hotel check-out is 11am EST Friday, May 23rd.
