RentScreener has launched a new feature to PRO users to allow an applicant to lookup the status of their online rental application. Save time and money by reducing the amount of calls you receive to find out about the status of an application. Not only will application checker help you field less calls it will also help drive traffic to your website. The application checker can be embedded on your site so that applicants can go to your website to check the status of an application.
How does it work?
The new feature works by prompting the applicant for a few pieces of information to lookup the application. If the applicant has the application completed email they can lookup the application directly by the provided application number. If the applicant does not have this information they can lookup their application by email address and the last 4 of the social security number.
Once an application is located the following status information will appear giving the applicant the needed information.
The applicant can now get the information they need when they need it. You will no longer have to field calls about the status of a rental application.
