Interface and Functional Enhancements
Late Fee Setting Profiles: Now have an updated look and feel to align with the system’s current interface.
Email Signature & Templates: You can now add multiple images to email signatures, as well as to email and letter templates, allowing for more personalized and visually rich communications.
Properties
New RUBS Billing Allocation Type: Created a new allocation type for RUBS billing “Tenants & Occupants”. This will account for all tenants and occupants associated with a lease when creating lease charges for billing.
Rentsign
Required Fields Button: A new "Click Here to View Required Fields" button has been added to the bottom of Rentsign documents. This feature helps users easily locate any missed required fields, ensuring a smoother and more efficient signing process.
Accounting
Payment Type Filter: A new filter in the "Money In" main search allows users to search payments by Payment Type, making it easier to find specific transactions.
Payment Timeline: The payment screen now includes a timeline, enabling users to track important changes made to any payment in the system for improved transparency and record-keeping.
Suppressed Fee Diagnostic Update: The suppressed fee diagnostic is now categorized into negative and positive balances, providing clearer insights into fee discrepancies.
Contacts
Payee Name for eCheck and NACHA Payments: Users can now add a designated payee name for vendors and owners directly within the contact's payment information, streamlining eCheck and NACHA payment processing.
Updated Payment Information Interface: All payment information cards for vendors, owners, tenants, associations, and account managers have received an interface update. These sections now feature a cohesive design that matches the updated style throughout the system, enhancing visual consistency and usability.
Communications
Information Link: A "Learn More" link must be added to the body of the notification. The link only appears when the return reason corresponds to one of the following codes (Chargeback Returns):
Code R05: Unauthorized debit to consumer account using corporate SEC code.
Code R07: Authorization revoked by customer.
Code R10: Customer advises the originator is unknown or not authorized to debit the receiver's account.
Code R29: Corporate customer advises not authorized.
Maintenance
Balance Display on Work Order Creation: When creating a work order on the property management side, the Portfolio Operating Balance and Lease Current Balance are now displayed as soon as a property is selected. This provides immediate financial context during work order setup.
Balance Display in Work Order Views: For both resident and owner views, the Portfolio Operating Balance and Lease Current Balance are now visible directly within the work order under Resident Details and Owner Details, respectively.
Dashboards
New Dashboards Section: A dedicated Dashboards section has been added to the left navigation menu, providing easy access to all dashboard-related tools.
Enhanced Widget Management: New buttons streamline the process for adding and configuring widgets, replacing the previous green actions button for a more intuitive experience.
Updated Widget Terminology: "Custom" widgets are now labeled as "Default" widgets for clarity.
Improved Widget Organization: Widgets are now listed alphabetically, with default widgets displayed at the top for quick access and better organization.
Reports
Vendor Ledger Report: A new “Reference” column has been added, providing additional context and detail for transactions within the vendor ledger.
Rent Roll Report: The “Property Groups” grouping option is now available, allowing for enhanced organization and reporting based on property groupings.
Units Report: A new “Property Tags” filter and column have been introduced, enabling users to easily filter and view units based on assigned property tags.
New Cash Suspect Report: This report assists in reviewing bank balance information for each portfolio. It allows users to verify the accuracy of bank balances for both operating and security deposit accounts and quickly identifies any undeposited funds.
Assignment Diagnostic Report: This report provides insights into all objects without an assignee and lists all revoked users assigned to objects, helping streamline management and ensure proper assignments.
Owner Portal
Payment Memo Section: A new “Payment Memo” section has been added to the owner contribution area, allowing owners to include additional information or notes when making a contribution. This feature enhances communication and record-keeping.
Expanded Payment Methods Limit: The maximum limit for saved payment methods associated with an owner's account has been increased, providing greater flexibility and convenience for owners when managing their payment options.
