Vendor Property Access on Work Order
Now, you have additional options to indicate whether the vendor is allowed access to the property or unit. If vendor access is granted, you can either provide a set of instructions manually or have them automatically populated from the default entry instructions for the property/unit.
- Introducing a Consolidated Property/Unit Field
The Property and Unit fields have been merged into a single field, making it quicker and simpler to select a property or unit when creating or editing a work order.
- Introducing a new "Tenant Financial Responsible" toggle
You can now conveniently indicate when a tenant is accountable for a work order. This will result in a lease charge being added when a bill for that work order is generated at a later time.
- Choose a Lease on a Work Order
When you're in the process of creating or modifying a work order, you now have the flexibility to select any lease linked to the unit. You're not restricted to just picking the active lease anymore; you can now opt for any pending or closed lease associated with the unit. This grants you the ability to link a work order to leases from the past or future.
- Automatically change the status of a work order when a vendor completes a work order in the vendor portal
A new default work order status can be set in the work order settings that allows you to define what status a work order should change to when a vendor completes a work order from the vendor portal.

Automatically activate pending lease
You now have the option to automatically activate a lease on the start date. You can select this on the last page of the lease creation process (Move In Tenant)
- Choose a Default Activation Preference in Lease Settings
You have the option to select your preferred activation method from among three choices: Manual activation, Activation upon lease creation, or Automatic activation on the lease's start date.
- Choose a Default Lease Fee Posting Date for Move Ins in Lease Settings
You have the option to select your preferred post date when charging a lease fee to the owner during the move in process (Move In Tenant). You can select from three choices: Move In Date, Start Date or Today’s Date.
- Move Out a Single Tenant
You can now move out a single tenant from a lease, enabling you to maintain a historical record of the tenant's presence on the lease.
- Set a Primary Tenant
Now have the ability to designate a “primary tenant” on a lease
- Reorder Tenants
Rearrange tenants in any order you prefer in the lease view
The order that tenants are set on a lease affect how they appear on reports
- Tenant Ledger Details
Added additional information to the top of the tenant ledger to easily show important details of the lease
- Certified Funds Required
When disabling portal payments on a lease, you now have the option to specify if you require certified funds on the lease. If you require it, a message appears on both the lease details page and the resident portal to let the resident(s) know that certified funds are required
- Pending Bank Transfers at Move Out
Rentvine has introduced a feature that can automatically determine the necessity of a bank transfer between bank accounts when finalizing a move-out. By enabling this option on the last page of the move-out process, it will generate a pending bank transfer once the move-out process is finished. Subsequently, you can conveniently select and record the bank transfer from the banking section at a later time.
- Choose to create Pending Bank Transfers by default on Move Out
You have the option to select if you prefer to create pending bank transfers on all move outs. You can set this in the lease setting page.
NEW - Owners can now access owner statements without having to sign into owner portal
- The email notification that owners receive after their owner statement is published now includes a new link. This link allows them to access their owner statement for that period, along with all related reports and files, without requiring them to sign into their portal. Please Note, that each owner receives a unique link that expires after 7 days. If the owner clicks on the link after its expired, a new email will be sent to the owner with a new unique link. Note that the email notification still provides a link for owners who prefer to sign into their portal to access other options.
The owner statement page for owners has been redesigned with a new layout, greatly improving organization and ease of navigation.

General
Added a new permission type that allows you to control who can modify global notification settings. This permission type can be found when creating or editing roles.
Enhanced the global search to support a broader range of phone number formats. It is capable of finding phone numbers with dashes, parentheses, and without. Incorporated multiple phone number formats into the search index
Changed expiration of portal invitations from 3 days to 30 days
Enhancements have been made to the logout criteria. The time has been extended to 7 days of no activity on the same device This means you can stay logged in for a longer time.

Residents are now prevented from setting up auto-payments with a start date in the past.
Introduced a feature that enables property managers to deactivate the option for tenants to choose ACH for their deposit refund on the Move Out Notice form within the resident portal. This can be found in the resident portal settings
