New Highlighted Features and Enhancements


  • NEW - Send Multiple Reports at Once

    • Scheduled reports has been upgraded to allow you to select one or more saved reports when creating or editing a scheduled report


  • NEW - Added Insights to the top of the Rent Roll Report and Lease Charges Report

    • Enhanced the report by adding important metrics at the top of the report for a quick view of meaningful data


  • NEW - Improved Deposit Features

    • Easily add or remove individual payments from an existing deposit.

    • Modify the deposit linked to a payment directly within the payment details page by editing and choosing a different deposit

    • These options are only available if the deposit has NOT been reconciled


  • NEW - Vacant Units Link

    • Number of Vacant Units on the main dashboard page is now a link that takes you to a report that will show you all the vacant units


  • NEW - Pending Move Outs Module on the Dashboard - Learn More

    • The former "Move Outs" module has undergone a name change to "Pending Move Outs." The purpose of this module is to display all active leases for which a move-out process has been started but not yet completed, or leases where the move-out process has not been started, yet the lease status is one of the active statuses that is marked as "pending move-out status."


  • NEW - Recent Move Outs Module on the Dashboard - Learn More

    • The intention of this module is to show all leases that have successfully completed the move-out process within the last 60 days, or  leases where the move-out process was not used, but the lease status is set to one of the closed statuses that is marked as "completed move-out status."

    • The module also provides information about whether a refund has been issued.


  • NEW - Pay Bills Enhancements - Learn More

    • The process for paying bills has been updated for improved efficiency. When you visit the Pay Bills page, you'll now see a window asking you to set filter parameters before displaying the list of bills to pay. If you prefer not to use filters, just click the search button to view all bills due as of the current date. If you wish to apply filters, you can easily input your options and then click the search button. For more advanced filtering, click the "show additional filters" button. This change was made to speed up results without waiting for each filter selection.

    • Once you've chosen the bills to pay and click "Post," the next page will show the list of pending payments. We've added checkboxes next to each pending payment, with all of them initially selected by default. If you decide not to pay certain pending bills, simply uncheck the box, and those payments won't be processed when you click the "Post Payments" button.


  • NEW - Max Lines Per Check - Learn More

    • We've introduced a new functionality that empowers you to determine the quantity of bill charges to include per check payment. You can configure this setting on the vendor, association, or owner contact details page. For instance, if you set the max number to 10 for a specific vendor and you're making a payment for 27 bill charges to that vendor via check, the system will generate three separate checks. Two of these checks will list 10 paid bill charges each, and the third check will display 7 paid bill charges.

  • Added two additional options on the last page of the move out process

    • Disable Portal Payments

  • Pending Move Outs Module on the Dashboard

    • The former "Move Outs" module has undergone a name change to "Pending Move Outs." Accounting

  • Added property/unit column to create deposit page

  • Added an error message for situations where attempting to save a deposit with a payment post date exceeding the deposit's post date.

  • Amounts of the payments on the deposit create and edit pages are now hyperlinks that take you to the details of the payment

Communications

  • Added tenant contact address as a hotfield option on letter and email lease templates

Maintenance

  • Issue Photos and Resolution photos are now included on the printable Work Order PDF.

  • Inactive units and properties were removed from the Property/Unit select field when creating or editing work orders

  • If a property or unit is deactivated, all recurring work orders linked to that property or unit will be automatically deactivated as well

Reports

  • Portfolio Balances Report - added “distributable amount” as a filter and column option

  • Leases Report

    • Added “Occupant Name”, “Occupant DOB” and “Occupant Age” as a filter and column option

    • Added “Emergency Contact” as a filter and column option

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue where reminder assignees was not displaying correctly when being selected

  • Fixed issue where there was no error message if all days were removed from Maintenance Scheduling Settings

  • Fixed issue where deactivating the listing on the Move In process was not working

  • Fixed issue where vendor review was being sent when editing the estimate cost of a work order

  • Fixed issue where owner statement batches were not being displayed on the list view page

  • FIxed issue when toggling on "start from last statement date" was not creating an owner statement

  • Fixed issue where Tax ID on account manager page was not showing in the edit modal

  • Fixed issue where portfolio filter was not working on vendor payment report

  • Fixed issue where property/unit select field on work order was not returning all properties when searching

  • Fixed not able to add website on association page

  • Fixed issue where a recurring credit on a lease is deleted, the recurring credit still shows until the page is refreshed

  • FIxed issue where selecting a payment type not reflecting correctly when paying a bill

  • Fixed issue where property history links were not working
