New Features and Enhancements
General
Global Navigation and Refreshed Application Layout - New User Interface to improve end-user usability and standardized overall look and navigation. The new features also provide a platform for growth and adds a modern web presentation.
ID verification using Plaid integration. Allows applicants to verify their identification by taking a picture of their Driver's License, Passport, Residency Card, etc. using their cell phone. Then they will be asked to take a Live picture (Selfie) of their face using their cell phone to be verified. See the following Knowledge Base articles for more details
RUBS - NEW FEATURE (Ratio Utility Billing System) - new algorithms available to spread various bills across multi-unit properties. Typically associated with a complex/building that has many units that are not submetered. See the Knowledge Base Article for more details.
New Utility Management feature for billing multi-unit properties. Feature compliments the RUBS enhancement. Supported by a number of new backend modules to facilitate the RUBS processing logic.
Enhanced the Rent Roll report to include additional fields for a more comprehensive and detailed view.
Added application logging to - Contacts and Chart of Accounts
Changed “Tenant Move-In” sort order on the PM Dashboard
Moved configuration of default Recurring Charges in settings from the accounting section to the leases section

Portfolio
Added “Post Management Fees” to the Actions button in the portfolio details page. This way you can easily post management fees for one portfolio and all the units associated with that portfolio

Leases
Enhanced the “Recurring Charge” card to show more information. Click on the arrow on the left to see the upcoming charge and last charge. Expired recurring charges are now hidden by default (option to show all if you want to see expired ones)
Created lease and recurring charges import tools (Onboarding purposes).
Accounting
Eliminate the Markup and Discount % on the Markup and Discount Bills - will only show on the parent bill
Communication
Added “Share” with owner when creating recurring work orders
Added ability to print emails to PDF.
Maintenance
Added Tenant contact information to the work order estimate email
Added Unit filter to work order list view to make it more efficient to find work orders associated to a certain unit
Reports
Added ability to search for reports in the global search by typing in the name of the report (only returns the base reports)
Added the ability to remove the “dollar” from the amount text on checks.
Cleaned up the note report and remove the Unformatted HTML text column
