Job Description:
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead the creation and optimization of high-impact, multi-channel lead generation campaigns. In this role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Growth Managers to bring their strategic vision to life through technical implementation, ensuring seamless execution, accurate tracking, and continuous optimization of GTM campaigns.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns, from technical setup to continuous optimization, using tools like HubSpot, 6Sense, and other web/AI tools.
- Track buyer intent signals and orchestrate outreach sequences that engage prospects at the right time with the right message.
- Design and execute lead flows, segmentation strategies, our email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows to maximize conversion and ensure leads are nurtured and tracked properly.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reporting on key metrics such as lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges across marketing systems, ensuring seamless campaign performance.
- Automate workflows for lead nurturing, follow-up emails, and content delivery, ensuring efficient processes.
- Manage the dark-funnel and oversee the execution of our account-based marketing platform, 6Sense.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation or marketing operations, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot, including lead management, email, automation, and reporting tools. Familiarity with other platforms such as 6Sense, is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience developing, managing and optimizing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in marketing systems.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with marketing teams.
