As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
Position Summary:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in our sales process by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. The primary goal of the BDR is to schedule product demos for our Account Executives, supporting the overall sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with property managers and decision-makers to identify their needs and present Rentvine’s value proposition.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain and update prospect information in the CRM system (HubSpot or similar).
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize messaging, strategies, and outreach efforts.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and demo booking targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a related role (property management industry experience is a plus).
- Must have experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and crafting compelling outreach emails.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
